Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Repto Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Repto purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

How do I restore a previous purchase on a new device?

Open Repto, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes unlimited workouts, history, charts, sharing, Apple Health integration, the rest timer, and Live Activities — generously enough for most users. Pro adds the AI Coach (weekly review, Ask Your Data, Explain insights), unlocks unlimited plans per program, and unlimited "Generate my first program" runs.

What data does Repto collect about me?

See our Privacy Policy for full details. In short: account email, workout data you create, and optional Apple Health data (with your permission). Health data is processed on your device and is never sold or used for advertising.

Does Repto work on Apple Watch?

Yes. Repto includes a companion Apple Watch app for tracking workouts standalone or alongside your iPhone, with heart rate readings during sets.

Can I export my workout data?

Yes. You can share individual workouts via a 6-character share code or as a .reptoplan file. We're working on bulk export — email us if you'd like to be notified when it ships.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all synced data within 30 days. To also remove local data, uninstall the app from your iPhone.

Why is the AI Coach giving strange suggestions?

The AI Coach uses generative AI and may occasionally produce unexpected output. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, not a prescription. AI Coach output is not professional medical or fitness advice — see our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
